SHIPPING
All of our items are made to order. Most orders ship within 1-3 days, however we do ask to allow up to 7 days for completion in the case of any delays. Larger quantity orders may require additional completion time. Please contact us directly if you need your order expedited or by a specific date.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be received in writing within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours may not be honored.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Because our items are made to order we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges. By submitting payment, you are in agreement with our no returns/no refunds policy. This includes, but not limited to: incorrect size ordered, incorrect quantity ordered and fabric color, texture or weight unless grossly-misrepresented, damaged or incorrect item was sent. Because ordering sight un-seen can be challenging, we always recommend and suggest to request a free! fabric sample prior to ordering to ensure the fabric is exactly what you are looking for.

We will do all that we can to recover items missing or miss-delivered while in transit. Any item marked as "delivered" under Delivery Confirmation tracking status is non negotiable-"Item Not Received" is invalid in the event that your package was marked as delivered by the carrier. No refunds or replacements will be issued when marked as delivered. Return to sender and unclaimed packages will be re-attempted up to 1 (one) time at buyer expense and whenever possible with alternate address provided. Additional return to sender/unclaimed returns will be marked "undeliverable" and item will be donated. All items must be shipped to the original address as listed on the transaction details page-no exceptions.
